How do I sign up?
Click on any of our products, then choose the "Subscribe and Save" option. Choose how often you'd like coffee, add it to your cart, checkout, and you're all set with a regular coffee supply. You can add multiple bags of the same coffee, or individual bags of different coffees. If you just want us to send you a variety, check out our "Roaster's Variety" options.
How do I manage my subscription?
To change your subscription, skip an order, change the frequency, edit payment information, or to cancel:
- sign in to your account
- click "Manage Subscription"
- click "Show details"
From here you can change things as you wish. If you have any trouble don't hesitate to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel, sign in to your account via the instructions above, then scroll down and click "Cancel Subscription".
Thanks for your business! You're always welcome back, but we understand: we love variety in our coffee too! If you do find some killer (non-Caffeic) coffee, let us know; we always enjoy trying out new roasters ourselves.
What subscriptions are available?
Every one of our coffee beans is available for single order or as a subscription. From our home page, click on whichever coffee you'd like, then follow the instructions above to subscribe. If you just want a variety, then check out our "Roaster's Choice" option.
Can I get a rotating selection of specific coffees?
You can set up subscriptions for individual coffees; for instance set up a monthly subscription for 1 bag of Burundi coffee, and another monthly subscription for 1 bag of Ethiopia coffee. If you'd like to get those on a staggered schedule, (every 2 weeks, for example), just shoot us an email at email@example.com once you set up your subscriptions and we can adjust the timing for you. Or if you want to set up any other type of subscription but can't make it go just email us and we'll do our best to get you set up.
