THE STORY:

These coffee beans were processed at the Sere Saba mill in the Guji zone of Ethiopia.  Guji is one of the zones of the Oromia Region of Ethiopia and is named after a tribe of the Oromo people. Sere Saba mill works with about 200 growers,  employs 328 employees on a temporary basis, and is fully commited to conserving the environment.

These coffee cherries were collected from the growers, hand sorted for bad cherries, and then left to naturally dry. After roasting the green beans to a light roast level, this coffee bursts with a delightful taste of caramel and black tea, with subtle hints of blueberry. We recommend brewing as a french press or pourover to fully experience this delicious flavor.

Excellent coffee- expected a lighter roast
Thanks for your kind words! Our Congo is probably our lightest roast, would love to hear your thoughts on it!
